What sleep insights does WellVue provide?
WellVue includes sleep architecture, sleep debt, regularity, chronotype, and personal sleep-need analyses. The detail available depends on the measurements recorded by your connected device and the history you have shared.
Start with the night you want to understand, then look across several days. A routine log can help you notice what else changed: a different bedtime, a late meal, a workout, or caffeine timing. WellVue brings those observations into the same app so your questions can be more specific than a single sleep score.
How can I explore HRV alongside sleep?
Heart rate variability (HRV) is one of the biometric signals WellVue can use from a compatible data source. In the app, you can explore available HRV history with sleep, recovery, activity, and your own daily context.
Ask the AI to summarize what changed relative to your recorded history rather than asking one measurement to explain everything. For example: “How did my recent sleep and HRV trends change during the weeks when I logged more workouts?” The quality of the answer depends on the completeness of those records. A wearable trend is not a diagnosis.
What about workout and muscle recovery?
WellVue includes a muscle recovery map, training-load views, progressive-overload tracking, and rest-day suggestions. These features help organize your training history and estimated recovery in one place.
You might review the muscles trained in your last session, check your recent workload, and compare it with the sleep information available in your account. Recovery percentages and forecasts are estimates, not direct measurements of muscle readiness or guarantees that a workout is safe. Use the information as context for your own decisions.
Can I connect meals and habits with sleep trends?
Yes. WellVue supports meal logging and nutrition estimates as well as habit tracking. Its AI discovery and correlation features help you explore patterns across those entries and your available biometrics.
Keep the question narrow. For example, compare recorded sleep on days with different meal times, or review your sleep history alongside a consistent bedtime routine. Record the context you want to investigate. A pattern may suggest a question worth exploring, but it does not prove that one habit caused a change.
A practical morning review in WellVue
- Review the data available from last night. Look at your sleep view and daily wellness overview. Check for missing records before interpreting a change.
- Add your context. Note a meal, workout, or habit that helps explain what was different about the day.
- Ask for a summary. Try “What changed in my sleep compared with my recent history?”
- Explore recovery alongside activity. Review the training you logged and the app’s estimated recovery information.
- Follow the pattern over time. Return to the same question with a longer history instead of treating one result as a conclusion.
You can also describe a custom AI agent in plain language, such as one that reviews your sleep each morning. Scheduled actions, event-based alerts, and conversation memory let you revisit the context that matters to you.
