Prices come from the US App Store listing. Local currency, taxes, availability, and offers can differ. Apple shows your applicable price and renewal terms before you confirm a purchase.
Free mode, premium features, and trials
Free mode lets you explore the app; some previews use sample data. Premium access unlocks AI coaches, custom agents, and fuller analyses using your connected information. A sample preview is not an analysis of your own health records.
Any introductory offer, its duration, and your eligibility are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation. A previous trial can affect eligibility. Check the purchase sheet rather than assuming every account receives a new trial.

Which devices and data sources are supported?
The App Store lists iPhone with iOS 17 or later and iPad with iPadOS 17 or later. WellVue connects Apple Health and Oura Ring; Apple Watch data can reach the app through Apple Health. Available measurements depend on your hardware, permissions, and successful sync.
An Oura Ring is not required if you have supported Apple Health data. Hardware and any separate wearable service subscription are not included in a WellVue subscription. See the connection guide.
How do I cancel or restore a subscription?
On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → WellVue, then choose the cancellation option. Apple recommends cancelling a trial at least 24 hours before it ends if you do not want it to renew. Follow the date and terms shown by Apple. Apple’s cancellation instructions.
To recover an existing purchase, use Restore Purchases in WellVue while signed into the Apple Account used to buy it. If access is still missing, contact support. Deleting the app or your WellVue account does not replace cancelling an Apple subscription.
What should I know before subscribing?
WellVue is a general wellness app. AI output can be inaccurate, and missing measurements can limit an analysis. It is not a medical device or an emergency monitoring service. Review the privacy policy and terms for data processing and account controls.
